We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, please read our return policy below. This policy must be read together with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. 

Return Eligibility 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a saleable condition. 

  • We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. 

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

We cannot accept returns if: 

  • The product has been used or partially used. 

  • The product requires specific storage conditions. 

  • The product has expired after purchase. 

  • You are attempting to return the same product again. 

Return Process

  • Order number 

  • Item details 

  • Reason for return 

Please package items securely and include our Return Form inside the box. Keep your postage receipt, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of postage. 

Once your return is inspected, we will confirm by email whether you will receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. 

Refund of Postage Costs 

Postage costs will be refunded if: 

  • We sent the wrong item. 

  • The item is damaged, faulty, or unsealed on arrival. 

  • You are returning a substitute item you do not wish to keep. 

Postage costs will not be refunded if: 

  • The item is unwanted or no longer required. 

  • An item reported as faulty is not found to be defective during testing. 

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items 

  • If you receive the wrong item, we may request photos to resolve the issue. 

  • If an item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. 

  • Always check your order and receipt immediately on delivery and report any issues promptly. 

Cancellations 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund. 

  • If cancelled after 48 hours, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
