Refunds are issued based on the condition of the item, how long you have had it, and the method of purchase. In most cases, refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
